How to Access Reports for Faculty and Departments

Course Evaluation Reports

Beginning in Fall 2026, Explorance Blue is SJSU's platform for administering and reporting Student Opinion of Teaching Effectiveness (SOTE) and Student Opinion of Lab and Activity Teaching Effectiveness (SOLATE) course evaluations.

Faculty and department contacts can access reports for course evaluations administered in Explorance Blue through their respective Blue dashboards after reports have been released.

Historical Reports from Anthology Course Evaluations

SJSU used Anthology Course Evaluations to administer and report course evaluations from 2017 through Spring 2026.

Faculty and department contacts can continue to access their available historical reports directly in Anthology Course Evaluations through October 4, 2026.

Faculty are encouraged to download any historical reports they wish to retain before October 4, 2026.

After October 4, faculty who need assistance accessing a historical SOTE/SOLATE report should contact Faculty Services. Faculty Services will coordinate with IRSA as needed to locate archived reports.

IRSA is also exploring options for making historical records from Anthology available in Explorance Blue. Additional information will be shared as this work progresses.
